Starting our day with a well-established plan is quite beneficial.
Daily scrum meetings (or daily standups) give us the opportunity to take a step back, prioritize our workload and focus on the deliverables that should be done first.
That way, we avoid randomness, and we can even manage expedites within the day more efficiently.
If we don’t work with a plan, things will get chaotic fast, and this won’t end up that well in terms of our productivity and mental fatigue.
